This product can be managed according to general industrial chemicals. When using it, gloves and protective glasses should be worn to avoid direct contact with the skin and eyes. If it gets on the skin, rinse with water and soap. Place in a cool and dry warehouse to prevent exposure to sunlight and rain.
1. Put 250kg of carbon tetrachloride into the reaction kettle. Then add 160kg of biphenyl, 65kg of paraformaldehyde, and 65kg of anhydrous zinc chloride under stirring. Heat to 40-50 ℃, add dry hydrogen chloride, and after 8 hours, the injection rate should not exceed 50 ℃. Then wash with water, and then wash with 10% NaHCO3 to separate the organic phase and pour it into the reaction kettle. Heat to 70-80 ℃ to remove carbon tetrachloride. 4,4 '- dichloromethylbiphenyl remains in the kettle. Drive it into a phosphonylation reactor and raise the temperature to 170-180 ℃. Add 145kg of dimethyl phosphite dropwise under stirring. Continue to react for 1 hour after dripping. Steam out the unreacted trimethyl phosphite and its by-products to obtain 4,4 '- bis (dimethoxyphosphonylmethyl) biphenyl.
2. Add 398kg of 4,4 '- bis (dioxyphosphonylmethyl) biphenyl and 972kg of 50% sodium orthosulfonate benzaldehyde into a condensation kettle, using dimethyl sulfoxide as the solvent, and add 425kg of 30% sodium methoxide methanol solution dropwise at 50 ℃. Continue the reaction for 2 hours after the addition is completed. Get light yellow crystals. Purified and commercialized to obtain fluorescent whitening agent ATS-X.
put 250 kg of carbon tetrachloride into the reactor. Then 160 kg biphenyl, 65 kg paraformaldehyde and 65 kg anhydrous zinc oxide were added under stirring. Heating to 40~50 ℃, the introduction of dry hydrogen chloride for 8 h is completed, and the introduction speed should not exceed 50 ℃. Then wash with water, then wash with 10% NaHCO3, separate the organic phase, and drive into the reaction kettle. Heat to 70~80 ℃ to remove carbon tetrachloride. 4,4 '-dichloromethylbiphenyl is left in the kettle. It is pumped into a phosphonylation reactor and heated to 170~180 ℃. 145 kg of trimethyl phosphite was added dropwise under stirring. The reaction was continued for 1 h. The unreacted trimethyl phosphite and by-products were distilled to obtain 4,4 '-bis (dimethoxyphosphonomethyl) biphenyl.
398kg 4,4 '-bis (dioxyphosphonomethyl) biphenyl and 972kg 50% of sodium benzaldehyde orthosulfonate into a condensation kettle, with dimethyl sulfoxide as solvent, at 50 DEG C dropwise addition of 425kg 30% of sodium methoxide methanol solution. After dropping, the reaction continued for 2 h. Get light yellow crystals. After purification and commercial treatment, a fluorescent whitening agent ATS-X is obtained.
